Concert sights!

While enjoying a pleasant night out at the Angels of Light and Akron/Family double bill last Thursday, I not only sat beside community member august32nd but directly ahead of Shadowy Men From A Shadowy Planet's fantastic skin-man, Don Pyle. He was also the finest reviewer to ever word out for Exclaim magazine and I miss him there even though it's been ages since he wrote for it. Ages.

There were some other lessers there as well like Do Make Say Think guy and, I believe, Thor from the Bunchoffuckinggoofs. He looks like a GQ punk now. No more skuzz-rock, I guess.

Well, yes. However I thought it felt 'homier' if I mentioned you as part of the little people in this community. Like, giving hope to others that they too could sit near you.

Also, isn't it Shadowy Men On A Shadowy Planet? Sorry, Don. I saw then at the old Sneaky Dees (Bathurst and Bloor) in, like, 1988 or 1989 and Greg Keelor was sitting at the bar. Double hit of Canuck celebs!
